How the check works
Issued once
A number is issued only when a talisman is sealed, and it stays taken even when a talisman is later withdrawn or erased.
A code on every certificate
Each certificate carries a code made from its talisman’s private key. Entered on its own, the code tells you which number it belongs to, so a certificate with its number changed gives itself away.
Private stays private
A talisman its owner keeps private is confirmed with its seal date alone: no name, no birth date and no drawing.
