The terms of your talisman

When you seal a talisman you receive the talisman itself, drawn from your birth date and your answers; its number in the Amuen ledger; a written reading of every part of it; wallpapers for phone, tablet and desktop, a print file and a one-minute moving loop; and a numbered certificate with its own code. Everything is digital and nothing is shipped. The files are made in your browser from your private link, whenever you want them.

The number belongs to your talisman alone. Someone else could only have the same drawing by sharing your birth date, making every choice exactly as you did and engraving the same name, and even then it would carry a different number.

Making a talisman and seeing it finished is free. Sealing it costs $9, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing more to pay later. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

We sometimes give out codes. A code seals a talisman without payment, and works as many times, and for as long, as we set for it.

A talisman holds meaning. It keeps what you hope for close to you, the way talismans always have, and its reading draws on numerology, the real sky of your birth date and old symbolism.

We make no claim that it will bring you luck, money, love, health, protection or any other outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as such a claim.

The readings are offered for interest and reflection. They are not medical, financial, legal or any other professional advice, and they do not replace it.

Any personal use is yours: print it, frame it, set it as a wallpaper, give it as a gift, have it tattooed, put it on a mug.

You may not sell the files as a product of your own, or copy the system that draws them. The talisman is yours; the way it is drawn stays ours.

The site is the work of AMUEN.COM and is protected by copyright: the system that draws each talisman, the code that runs it, the readings and every other text, and the design. Your talisman is yours to use as section 04 says. The rest stays ours.

You may not copy, republish or sell the site, its code or its texts, in whole or in part. You may not take its code apart or reverse engineer it to rebuild how it draws, collect its pages or texts with automated tools, or use any of it to make a product or service of your own. Quoting a short passage with a link to amuen.com is welcome.

Your talisman is private until you choose to show it. If you do, you allow us to display it on amuen.com, on its own page and in the ledger, with the name, birth date and Instagram username you chose to show. If you show your full name, its page can appear in search results for that name.

You can change these choices, or take your talisman out of the ledger, at any time from your certificate page.

The moment you pay, your talisman is sealed and its number is written into the ledger. That number is then spent, so a sealed talisman cannot be refunded.

That is why everything before payment is free. You build the whole talisman, see it finished and decide with it in front of you. If you are not sure, wait: the same birth date and the same answers will draw the same talisman tomorrow.

By paying, you ask us to deliver your talisman immediately and you agree that your right to cancel within fourteen days does not apply. The law asks us to say this plainly for digital goods that are delivered at once.

A fault is different. If your talisman will not open, the files will not download or you were charged twice, write to us and we will fix it or return the money. If the money is returned, the talisman is withdrawn: it leaves the ledger, its certificate no longer verifies and its number is never issued again.

If a payment is disputed with a bank, we look at the case ourselves. While it is open we may withdraw the talisman: it leaves the ledger and its certificate stops verifying. If the dispute is settled in our favour, we restore it exactly as it was. If the money is returned, it stays withdrawn and its number is never issued again.

A talisman paid for with a card used without its owner’s consent is deleted, and its number may be given to another talisman.

There is no account and no password. Your talisman lives behind a private link, and whoever has that link can open it, change what the ledger shows and make its files. Keep it safe and share only its public page. If you lose the link, we can send it again to the address you paid with. A talisman sealed with a code has no address on record, so tell us its birth date and roughly when you made it, and we will find it for you.

You must be at least 16 to seal a talisman. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you do.

We will keep your talisman reachable by its link for as long as amuen.com runs. If that ever ends, we will give notice and a way to take your files with you. Download them anyway: once they are on your device, they are yours and do not depend on us.

We are responsible for delivering what these terms describe. Our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A change never applies backwards to a talisman already sealed.
